About the job:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated People Specialist, with a focus on Recruitment. You will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent to fulfil LOQR’s hiring needs. Additionally, you’ll be the go-to person to manage onboarding and induction for the new team members!  

What you'll do:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from helping on identifying new hires and addressing talent requirements to onboarding and induction;
  • Manage the talent pipeline through an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), always looking to further improve the candidate journey and provide timely feedback;
  • Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies and build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates;
  • Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants;
  • Identify and maintain key recruiting KPIs;
  • Keep up with relevant human capital and benefit' trends and benchmarks.

About you:

  • 2-4 years of HR Generalist / Recruiter experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (bonus points for scale-up experience);
  • Demonstrated experience in IT Recruitment and evaluating technical roles and skills; 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (Portuguese and English); 
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR policies and best practices; 
  • Thinking creatively on how and where to attract talented candidates; 
  • Understanding technology and its trends; 
  • Build relationships with relevant industry networks, universities and technical communities to attract fresh talent; 
  • Relentless willing to learn; 
  • Proactive with good organization skills; 
  • Be kind and ego-free; 
  • To be based in LOQR’s headquarters (Felgueiras), with a flexible remote work policy.
